Watch video to left to see how to put the parts together.  You will need a sound source to hear your performances, and this is usually a sound module, a synthesizer, or a digital piano, etc.  Some computers have nice sound cards internally, and you can use that, or you can use your DAW’s virtual instruments, like in Pro Tools or Logic Pro 8, for example.  Our software lets you choose your MIDI based input and output signal paths, so its easy to choose.

You may already own MIDI controller keyboards with USB cables to connect to a computer, and all you will need is our STAC software.  The STAC software listens to ALL midi devices recognized by Windows.  All MIDI controllers interface with Windows easily.

This list gives only two examples of ready-to-buy equipment that could be used in configuring a STAC with STAC CX10 software.
